• Process: Your purchase is processed through want.jp, our designated proxy shopping service. The item is first shipped from our shop to a domestic warehouse in Japan (within 1-3 business days), and then delivered to your address via international courier.
• Duties & Taxes: Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
【Return Policy】
In accordance with BASE's official terms and the "Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" in Japan:
• Cancellations/Returns: We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
• Defective Items: If there is a major issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
• Important: Returns due to customer preference (e.g., "size doesn't fit" or "changed my mind") cannot be accepted.
